DFW DELUXE RIDES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for reserving with DFW Deluxe Rides.

For quality assurance purposes, please carefully review your reservation details, including dates, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger information, and scheduled times. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify DFW Deluxe Rides of any corrections or modifications. DFW Deluxe Rides shall not be held responsible for inaccuracies that have not been communicated by the customer.

Payment Policy

  • A 100% non-refundable payment is required at the time the reservation is made.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to dfwdeluxerides@gmail.com

  • Any remaining balances must be paid 30 days prior to the reservation date and may be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

  • By replying to our reservation confirmation email or completing the booking process, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Overtime Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • Any additional service time beyond the contracted reservation period will be considered overtime.

  • Overtime is billed by the full hour only and is not prorated by the minute.

  • Overtime charges will be applied at the same hourly rate stated in the original agreement.

  • The credit card on file will be charged for overtime and any applicable damages.

  • Security deposits, when applicable, will be refunded within 3–4 business days after the completion of the service, provided there are no damages or overtime charges.

Please note that if DFW Deluxe Rides has another scheduled engagement following your reservation, overtime service cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to conclude services once the contracted time has expired. If you anticipate needing additional time, please request it in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment Methods

DFW Deluxe Rides accepts:

  • All major credit cards

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

If payment is made by bank check, it must clear within 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems for safety and operational purposes.

Traffic and Delay Policy

DFW Deluxe Rides shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Road closures or detours

  • Passenger-directed route changes

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

No refunds or credits will be issued for delays resulting from these situations. Customers are encouraged to schedule additional travel time when necessary.

Stops and Address Policy

  • All pickup, drop-off, and intermediate stop addresses must be provided in advance.

  • DFW Deluxe Rides is not responsible for time lost due to locating newly added addresses or landmarks that were not previously disclosed.

  • Any toll charges incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the customer.

Weather Policy

DFW Deluxe Rides reserves the right to suspend or postpone services when weather conditions present a safety risk.

In such situations:

  • Customers may reschedule to a future available date.

  • Deposits and payments may be applied toward the rescheduled reservation.

Vehicle Damage Policy

The individual responsible for the reservation assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle, including but not limited to:

  • Broken glassware

  • Damaged switches or controls

  • Burn marks

  • Stains

  • Interior or exterior damage

Emergency escape hatches are for emergency use only.

DFW Deluxe Rides reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in disorderly, unsafe, illegal, or violent behavior.

Any unpaid damage fees or loss-of-service charges outstanding 14 days after service completion may result in legal collection proceedings. The customer agrees to be responsible for any attorney fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred.

Smoking and Alcohol Policy

  • All DFW Deluxe Rides vehicles are strictly non-smoking.

  • A $350 cleaning fee will apply for each smoking violation.

  • If passengers wish to smoke, the chauffeur may stop at a safe location to allow smoking outside the vehicle.

  • Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited if any passenger is under the age of 21.

  • If illness results in vehicle contamination, a minimum cleaning fee of $350 will apply for professional detailing and sanitation services.

Passenger Capacity Policy

For safety reasons, chauffeurs will not operate any vehicle carrying passengers in excess of its legally permitted capacity.

Please ensure the selected vehicle accommodates your entire group.

General Terms and Conditions

  • If DFW Deluxe Rides is unable to perform the contracted service for any reason, our maximum liability shall be limited to either:

    • A full refund of monies paid, or

    • A credit toward future services.

  • In the event of mechanical failure, DFW Deluxe Rides reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement vehicle.

  • Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible regarding any vehicle substitutions.

  • Passengers are expected to enter and exit vehicles in an orderly manner and check for personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.

  • DFW Deluxe Rides is not responsible for items left behind in any vehicle.

  • Any complaints or claims related to the reservation must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

Should DFW Deluxe Rides be required to retain attorneys or collection agencies to recover unpaid amounts arising from non-payment or breach of this agreement, the customer agrees to be responsible for all related legal expenses.

Failure to comply with any portion of these Terms & Conditions may result in:

  • Immediate termination of service,

  • Forfeiture of all deposits and payments, and

  • Additional charges where applicable.

Chauffeurs reserve the right to determine whether a vehicle can safely access narrow roads, steep driveways, or restricted areas. In such circumstances, passengers may be required to walk a short distance to or from the vehicle.

For passenger safety:

  • Standing or walking inside the vehicle while it is in motion is strictly prohibited.

  • DFW Deluxe Rides shall not be held liable for injuries sustained due to sudden stops or emergency driving maneuvers necessary for safe operation.

Cardholder Acceptance

By making payment and completing the reservation process, the cardholder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all DFW Deluxe Rides Terms & Conditions.

The cardholder further understands and agrees that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
